Record your answers to commonly asked product questions, record recently released company information, and record any information that you find in forums you are a part of. If someone asks a question you make a video!
Get your customers into the act. Videos captured with a smartphone are much easier than writing a review. Make it easy for customers by setting up an area of your establishment to encourage them.
